Recipe Curried Prawn Soup

Here are the ingredients needed to prepare this healthy and comforting Curried Prawn Soup:
- 2 large onions, roughly chopped
- 2 large carrots
- 2 small cooked beetroots
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes
- 2 branches of celery
- Lobster bisque
- 1kg shelled prawns
- 500g fresh mushrooms
- 20 cL coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 small spoonful of salt
- 2 large spoonsfuls of olive oil
Start by washing and cutting the onion, carrots, tomatoes, beetroots and celery as shown in the video. Heat the olive oil pan and add the pre-sliced ingredient with a zest of salt, a glass of water and curry powder. Cover the pan and leave to cook on a medium heat for 30 mins.
Afterwards pour the content of the pan to a blender, mix and return them to the pan. Heat a spoonful of olive oil with the mushroom in a frying pan and then add them to the soup. Add the prawns to the pan and leave to heat through for several minutes. As soon as the boiling is done, add the coconut milk and mix as well.
Finally accompany the soup with a bowl of rice in order to make it the perfect meal course.
